Cut The Mustard Catering was established in 2007 with the intention of providing modern, fresh cuisine to the Albury Wodonga area. Justin and Dimity Bates are recognised for their original ideas and high standards, a direct result of our dedication and unique vision.

The hospitality industry has been part of the Bates family for more than twenty years, with Cut The Mustard continuing to thrive and expand. Cut The Mustard provides contract catering to the Albury Club, an exclusive arrangement that has formed a successful bond between the two businesses.
