Business owners

Justin and Dimity Bates are directors and owners of Cut the Mustard Catering.
Justin studied catering and hospitality at Westminster College in London. He also studied Business Management and Software Accounting.

In his early twenties Justin worked in television production in the UK, however, after moving to Australia to be with Dimity, discovered his real passion is in the hospitality industry.

Justin and Dimity successfully ran a restaurant/café for many years until they decided they would like to evolve their passion for food into a business that would attract a varied clientele.
